The Indian Realty sector seems to have defied all the odds sighted from recent predictions pertaining to US property bubble. With funds flowing from both Builders and private equity investors, Indian Realty Sector continues its fund-deluging foray, attracting a wide range of players seeking a hold in this market.
There has been also a tremendous increase of institutional investors, jumping into India Property market. Over the next three years a sum of $5 billion is expected to be coming into India Realty Sector from a wide range of institutional investors.

The recent boom observed in the real estate sector in India is a fantastic thing. I think one of the smartest things that the present government did in this regard was to open out construction and development segments to 100% FDI.This has spurred huge foreign investments from real estate development funds and foreign developers in specific development projects in the country as well as in equity shares in development companies here. Real estate consulting group Knight Frank predicts that the organized segment will grow from a mere 2% at the moment to a healthy 20% by the end of the decade. Apart from the foreign hand, the Indian players are also doing quite well for themselves. For example, Unitech Limited, IndiaĆ¢€™s largest listed real estate company has announced that it has registered a huge jump of about 114% increase in its income for the last quarter over its corresponding period last year.Selling and buying Indian property is now considered as the most profitable and attractive business opportunity in the present real estate scenario in India. New demands have added to strength of real estate markets across the commercial, residential and retail sectors in India. Not surprisingly, demand for Indian property has been increasing steadily for the past few years and it has exceeded supply.In the present day scenario, if there is any powerful investment tool that brings burgeoning financial returns, it is INDIAN REAL ESTATE!!!
