India Real Estate 2007-A Brief

Year 2007 had been a year full of highs and lows in the Realty world, but for the Indian real estate it’s like adding feathers one after another. Throughout the year the country’s Realty sector witnessed a continuous growth, spreading its value in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities across India. Though some pockets of real estate have seen slight downturns but overall the commercial market is moving strong. With its tremendous growth potential, and penetration of discernible investors and developers into the Market, the Indian Realty sector is eying for a more matured foray in the coming year.
